We are on a mission to make work awesome, because for most people it isn’t. In fact, 85% of employees worldwide is disengaged at work. At best, they lack motivation, and at worst, they feel deeply unhappy, stressed or even burned out.
As millennials, we experienced first-hand that companies weren’t able to truly understand our changing values and purpose-over-profit mentality. It made us feel deeply unhappy in our work, so in 2017 we quit our jobs and started Ninjafy. From our base in Amsterdam, we now enable companies to maximise employee engagement around the world.
